ABOUT Originally from Ohio, I moved from Lucasville to Fairbanks, AK in 2013; there I began attending the University of Alaska as an art student. Three and a half years later, I was accepted into the Bachelors of Fine Arts program and moved to El Paso, TX. In 2017, I held my first gallery exhibition at Keller Architecture + Allied Arts and received my BFA in Ceramics and Drawing.
Currently, I live and work in Southern Ohio. MEDIUMS & INTERESTS I work mainly with ink and clay, but also paint with acrylics and draw with various kinds of pencils. My artwork is narrative driven - revolving around fantastical, surreal, or folk subjects, or sometimes all of these things combined. I have a special love for monster folklore that stems from a childhood fascination; I never saw many of the stories I heard represented in books or pictures, so I thought I would make and document them all myself, especially so that that others could know them, add to their |

lore, and love them as I do. I also enjoy the historical aspect of monster folklore, and always try to add portions of history into my documentation; I also emphasize respect for the communities and locals that have gifted us with these tales and creatures.
Personally, I like to promote, support, and help generate interest and events that focus on each communities' local folklore, history, and stories. I feel these often creepy or whimsical tales draw people together and help communities grow in many ways.
Aside from work, I love to hike, read, listen to podcasts or music, kayak, and play videogames (rpgs, fantasy, life-sims like Harvest Moon).
